Horsham | £60,000 (+ Great Package)
We are working closely with a large expanding Financial Services Group whose entrepreneurial approach to the market and the use of technology within Financial Services has led to award winning industry recognition. On the back of the development of a successful Investment Platform, IFA Business, Financial Services Technology provider and Network Business they are now looking for an experienced Compliance Manager with extensive platform experience.
The role will involve:
- Acting as CF10 managing the Compliance Function and acting MLRO
- Develop extensive knowledge of the business and new product / technology launches
- Designing, reviewing and implementing compliant business processes
- Managing and mitigating risk within the business
- Developing the internal monitoring structure
- Liaise with key stakeholders, management and the board in respect to regulatory and compliance requirements and issues
- Work closely with the Compliance Director addressing compliance requirements across the whole business
- Act as a mentor, developing your team’s knowledge and expertise
- Positively manage your team in line with the company’s culture
- Take on board projects and development requirements with the new proposition
- Continue with self-development as per the company’s philosophy, attend seminars, training courses, regulatory workshops
To apply for the position, you must have worked in a similar Financial Services Compliance function with a strong Platform knowledge and be well versed in implementing and developing processes and procedures.
