- Client Services Manager – Investment Platform
The UK’s leading Investment Platform which provides comprehensive online services to Financial Advisors across Retail Investment, Personal Pension and Investment Bonds are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager.
Working in an entrepreneurial technology led environment this role will provide you with plenty of career opportunities, a change to work with likeminded ambitious individuals and support for qualifications.
Specifics of the role include –
- Managing relationships with a portfolio of clients (IFA’s), taking time to understand their business, and demonstrating how the platform and services can adapt to their specific business requirements.
- Provide training to clients on how best to use the platform and product areas. Discuss any user issues and ensure they are comfortable will all platform areas.
- Process client Investment requests in line with company & client agreed service levels.
- Manage all client queries, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing support.
- Ensure you have a comprehensive knowledge of products, are constantly upskilling and developing knowledge.
- Review colleagues work and quality check your own client requests.
