A leading UK Financial Services Group who provides Pension & Investment Consultancy services to many of the UK’s largest Companies are looking to recruit into their expanding and continually developing SIPP & SSAS Pension Administration Team. This role involves working on a portfolio basis, working with set clients covering all aspects of technical administration, relationship management and client support.
Specifics of the role include –
- Supporting Consultants with the technical administration of SIPP & SSAS schemes including the production of fee reports, financial statements, updating ledgers, raising invoices / credit notes.
- Gather SSAS valuations and draft annual review reports
- Check colleagues work as and when required
- Work closely with your manager to ensure client service standards are met and any issues are dealt with promptly.
- Develop your technical SIPP & SSAS knowledge to manage all client queries, manage relationships and move towards full portfolio management
- Update and maintain relevant software and databases
- Take an active role in project work
To apply for the position, you should ideally have Pensions or Financial Services administration experience and be a confident user of different software and systems. You should also enjoy the prospect of working in a busy environment and have good communication skills to interact well with colleagues and clients.
