A leading UK Financial Services Group who provides Pension & Investment Consultancy services to many of the UK’s largest Companies are looking to recruit into their expanding and continually developing SIPP & SSAS Pension Administration Team. The team you would be joining offer award winning technical administration services and are one of the largest providers in the UK.

This role involves working on a portfolio basis, working with set clients covering all aspects of technical administration, relationship management and client support.
Specifics of the role include –
- Supporting Consultants with the technical administration of SIPP & SSAS schemes including the production of fee reports, financial statements, updating ledgers, raising invoices / credit notes.
- Gather SSAS valuations and draft annual review reports
- Check colleagues work as and when required
- Work closely with your manager to ensure client service standards are met and any issues are dealt with promptly.
- Develop your technical SIPP & SSAS knowledge to manage all client queries, manage relationships and move towards full portfolio management
- Update and maintain relevant software and databases
- Take an active role in project work
To apply for the position, you should ideally have Pensions or Financial Services administration experience and be a confident user of different software and systems. You should also enjoy the prospect of working in a busy environment and have good communication skills to interact well with colleagues and clients.
