Farnborough / Hybrid / Remote - £experience dependent.
A growing Award Winning Pensions Consultancy who offer extensive training and support are looking to grow their DB Pensions Team with the recruitment of a Senior Pensions Administrator and a Pensions Administrator. The company have ambitious growth plans thropughout 2023 and are looking to recruit similarly ambitious individuals who want to be part of it. They have worked hard as a company to ensure they have the right structure, office culture and development plans in place to offer the best possible environment.
Both roles offer full training and qualification sponsorship and will provide the opportunity not just to manage the whole pension process but also an opportunity if desired to mentor and help junior members of the team.
As a company they are looking to recruit strong team players who enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You will need to display strong DB pensions administration knowledge, with experience of DC schemes being an advantage.
The company can offer the role as an office-based position, hybrid or fully remote.
