Orpington Area (South) - £25-30k (experience dependant)
A rapidly expanding Financial Services Group who are recognised across the industry for excellence are looking to expand their Operations and Compliance department. As industry leading experts in the area of Pensions Transfers, they have doubled the size of their operation and due to a continual increase in new business they are looking to expand further. This role will involve a combination of technical support, training and review work. Specifics will include –
- Comprehensively check client files and advisors work, ensuring client reviews, transfer value analysis and quotations were correctly carried out.
- Review suitability reports and ensure advisors carried these out correctly.
- Provide invaluable support to the Compliance team, taking on any compliance administrative duties.
- Give guidance, training and technical assistant to administrators and trainees. Help develop their knowledge and knowhow benefiting clients and colleagues.
- Ensure rules & regulations are adhered to at all time.
- Manage client enquiries, complaints and any client issues with the upmost professionalism. Ensure they are logged correctly and managed effectively.
- Take responsibility for self-knowledge development, ensure you understand pension rule and legislative changes.
To apply for this position, you must have an understanding and experience of working with Pensions. This can have been gained in a Pensions Administration, IFA Support, Paraplanning, Compliance or Platform oriented role or background. The company offer excellent training and are happy to invest in the development of your base skills.
