Up to £26,000 plus a great benefits package

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced SIPP professional to join a firmly established SIPP and SSAS provider who are continuing to grow within their field.

The role focuses on the transactions associated with the purchase and sale of commercial property on behalf of Investors.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with SIPP property purchase knowledge to join a leading Pensions Consultancy, providing you with the opportunity to extend your financial services skillset and increase your knowledge of the property purchase and sale process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act on instruction from clients and facilitate sometimes complex commercial property transactions within their SIPP.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties such as; Financial Advisers, Chartered Surveyors, Solicitors, Estate Agents and High Net-Worth Clients (the Investors) to discuss the progress of property purchases/sales and address any issues.
  • Work with the Legal team to prepare legal documentation such as transfer deeds, sale contracts etc. to ensure they are ready for signing.
  • Review of commercial leases and licenses and other legal documentation relating to commercial property.
  • Review new leases and deed variations for clients with existing property in their portfolio and arrange amendments with Solicitors and subsequent signing of documents.
  • Oversee the administration of recurring transactions with the SIPP property lifecycle such as lease renewals, rent reviews, loan account dealings, insurance renewals and rent invoicing.

To apply for the position, you should have previous SIPP administration experience and be a confident user of different software and systems. You should also have a customer focused approach to work, enjoy the prospect of working in a busy environment and have good communication skills to interact well with colleagues and third parties.
