Key responsibilities include:
- Act on instruction from clients and facilitate sometimes complex commercial property transactions within their SIPP.
- Liaising with 3rd parties such as; Financial Advisers, Chartered Surveyors, Solicitors, Estate Agents and High Net-Worth Clients (the Investors) to discuss the progress of property purchases/sales and address any issues.
- Work with the Legal team to prepare legal documentation such as transfer deeds, sale contracts etc. to ensure they are ready for signing.
- Review of commercial leases and licenses and other legal documentation relating to commercial property.
- Review new leases and deed variations for clients with existing property in their portfolio and arrange amendments with Solicitors and subsequent signing of documents.
- Oversee the administration of recurring transactions with the SIPP property lifecycle such as lease renewals, rent reviews, loan account dealings, insurance renewals and rent invoicing.
