Senior Pensions Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: Up to £32,000
I am looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who possesses both an interest and knowledge of Pensions Administration to join the UKs No.1 Financial Services Group for Pensions. This position includes working alongside an expert team in an excellent career opportunity in a company that invests heavily in employee development and success. With the opportunity to be involved with strategic decision making, implementation and senior management meetings, this role would suit someone who would relish having input and taking an active role in understanding and resolving departmental and company challenges.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for a defined portfolio of clients, ensuring that they receive the highest possible service levels. Manage day to day relationships and gain extensive knowledge of the client and requirements
- Supporting the Administration Manager with Consultancy and Senior Management requirements
- Overseeing the completion of annual renewal, trustee reports and accounts.
- Reviewing the teams work, helping them develop and providing expertise to complex cases as required
- Taking a proactive approach to improving service delivery, processes and procedures stemming from the company’s approach in encouraging new ideas and innovation.
- Preparing for and attending trustee meetings
- Managing annual and ad-hoc projects ensuring that objectives and timescales are achieved
- Keeping up to date with technical and legislative changes, taking a proactive approach to personal development
To be considered for this position you must be a career-minded individual with experience in DB and DC pensions alongside being able to demonstrate knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks.
