SIPP Property Purchase Consultant
Location: Stirling Salary: Up to £28K + Excellent Package
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced individual to join the UKs No.1 Financial Services Group for Pensions. This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to join to an expert team of Consultants who proactively develop the business through strategic business decisions and knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing several Commercial Property Purchases for Clients’ Pension arrangements
- Working closely with clients and the SIPP/SSAS Administration team providing high level client service, support, guidance and knowledge
- Reviewing complex legal documents with property experts and solicitors
- Taking an active approach in improving the teams work by reviewing and monitoring colleagues work and providing training and advice where necessary
To be considered you must:
- Experience working within SIPP Pensions/Administration
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Good attention to detail with a confident and organised manner
- Strong time management skills
