IFA Administrator – Pensions / Investments
Bristol - £28,000 + Package
An award-winning Wealth Management Firm are looking to recruit an experienced individual who enjoys working within Financial Services and would relish working in a progressive forward thinking company. Working as part of the support team you will help consultants with a range of client support work.
Specifics of the role will include –
  • Process all new business ensuring company processes and procedures are adhered too.
  • Ensure all Pension / Investment Transfers are processed.
  • Liaise with third party pension and investment companies ensuring a swift process for clients.
  • Support Paraplanners and relationship managers with client administration, valuations, and reports.
  • Support advisors with client management, chasing up correspondence, applications and providing updates.
  • Support with more bespoke requests / technical work, learning and developing your skills.
  • Chase and manage client invoicing, maintaining cashflow and highlighting any outstanding fees.
  • Resolve client queries and direct enquiries as needed.
  • Process fund switches and update valuations, client details.
  • Help consultants with diary management and organise meetings.
  • Manage the database ensuring client details are correct and updated.
  • Work as a productive part of your team, managing objectives and ensuring best levels of client management are maintained.
  • Continue to study towards professional qualifications and be willing to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge
 
To apply for the role, you MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE preferably gained in a Wealth Management / IFA environment. However investment platform, investment management and banking backgrounds will be considered. You will also need to display excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and desire to do well and have an all-round positive and enthusiastic approach.
