- Section Head – SIPP/SSAS Administration Edinburgh - £35-40,000 + Excellent Package Leading Financial Services Company A leading Financial Services company are currently looking for a Section Head (Administration) to work within their niche SIPP/SSAS team based in their busy Edinburgh office. Reporting directly to the Principle and working alongside other senior team members, you will be responsible for: •Provide a high level of administration processing for both SIPP’s and SSASs •Supporting the Principle in producing monthly statistics information •Reviewing ongoing processes and procedures •Take a lead in project work •Manage quarterly KPI’s and perform 1:1’s and annual appraisals •Mentor team members and implement training where appropriate •Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients •Assist the administration team with technical queries when called upon To apply for this role, you will need to display the following: •Strong SIPP/SSAS Administration experience •Team leader/managerial experience •Excellent time management •Strong communication skills •Both client management and departmental development at the centre of your thinking The successful candidate will have a strong track record of SIPP/SSAS Administration and team leader/managerial experience and will be looking for the next step in their career.
